KIIC 2024 Business Meeting

We are providing business meeting rooms during which participants are encouraged to network with other attendees. No separate registration is required, simply reserve your slot and start building valuable connections.

Business Lunch (12:30 ~ 13:50)
Afternoon Networking (15:00 ~ 17:50)

Usage Guidelines

• Meeting rooms are available only for KIIC 2024 attendees.
• Each person can apply for a maximum of 60 minutes.
• The maximum capacity per meeting room is 6~8 people.
• Confirmation letter will be sent to the email address provided during reservation.
• On-site reservations are available on the day of the event, subject to availability.
• Please adhere to the usage guidelines and the allotted time slots.
• During business lunch hours, meetings are permitted in the meeting room with meals served.
